Two explosive devices defused in Grozny
On November, 4, the personnel of law enforcement bodies in Grozny discovered and defused two homemade explosive devices.
Officers of the Ministry of Interior Affairs and riot squad in Staropromislovski district of Grozny, Prishvin street, found a polyethylene package braided with Scotch tape and powdered with earth with a homemade explosive device consisting of 2 kilogram of plastic explosives with brought out wires, a source in law enforcement bodies reported.
According to this source, a hiding place had also been found in the settlement of Ivanov of Staropromislovski district from which one kilogram of plastic explosives and a "Nokia" phone with brought out wires were removed.
The bomb technicians of the Department of Federal Security Service of Russia destroyed the explosive devices on-site by means of blasting, "Interfax" reports.
A reporter of "Caucasian Knot" has formerly informed that residents of Staropromislovski district of Grozny had reported a very powerful explosion on November, 4, however law enforcement bodies did not confirm this information.
