In Georgia, 20 persons arrested on suspicion of spying for Russia

Law enforcement bodies of Georgia have arrested 20 persons on suspicion of spying in favour of Russia.

According to a source from Georgian national security bodies, the detainees are suspected of creating and agents' network in the territory of the country and transfer of secret information to Russia.

All the detainees are citizens of Georgia, the Reuters reports.

The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has confirmed this information but refused to make comments, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
