Moscow court acknowledged three natives of Chechnya guilty of the murder of Ruslan Yamadayev
Today the Moscow Municipal court sentenced three natives of Chechnya to imprisonment terms of 14 to 20 years acknowledging them guilty of the murder of Ruslan Yamadayev, ex-deputy of State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Aslanbek Dadayev, the main figurant of the case and direct executor of the murder, was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony, "Interfax" reports.
Elimpasha Khatsuyev, his participator, was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment in a special regime colony. Timur Isayev, the third figurant, got 14 years of a strict regime colony.
The court has exacted five million rubles from the defendants in favor of Isa Yamadayev, the victim's brother, as a compensation for moral damage.
Khatsuyev was sentenced to serving his punishment in a special regime colony because the court had established the fact of his being a "special dangerous recidivist", RAPSI reports.
