The prosecutor in Moscow municipal court has demanded to sentence Aslanbek Dadayev accused of murder of Ruslan Yamadayev, ex-deputy of the State Duma, and the attempt at Sergey Kiziun, military ex-commandant of Chechnya, to 23 years of imprisonment.

We will remind that an open-regime hearing of the case started in July in Moscow municipal court. Aslanbek Dadayev, Timur Isayev and Yelimpasha Khatsuev are the defendants in the process. Dadayev and Khatsuev are being accused of murder and Isayev of an attempt. None of them has acknowledged their guilt of the murder of Ruslan Yamadayev.

The prosecutor has demanded to sentence Yelimpasha Khatsuev to 19 years of prison.
