Former special squad soldier in Krasnodar region suspected of murder

Denis Nekhov, former special squad soldier, aged 22, is suspected of murder of Ludmila Marmaliuk, a 52-years old resident of Krasnodar district. According to the investigation's version, Nekhov in a state of alcohol intoxication killed the woman by running her over in a "KamAZ".

The report about finding Marmaliuk's corpse with multiple body damages in the territory of a public garden in Klara Tsetkin street in the settlement of Uspenskoye came to Novokubansky inter-district Investigation department on October, 2. Criminal proceedings were stated on the murder.

The investigators have already ascertained Nekhov's complicity in committing this crime. It appears from Nekhov's own evidence that on October, 1, being drunk he drove inside the territory of the garden where motor transport traffic was prohibited. Marmaliuk who was passing by started telling-off on his behavior. Then Nekhov hit her twice by a prybar and after that ran her over in his car, according to the information which appeared on the web-site of Prosecutor's committee of inquiry of Krasnodar region.

Preventive punishment in form of detention has been applied to the suspect. Further investigative actions are currently in process.
