Five persons lost in special operation in Dagestan
In the course of a special operation, conducted in the border of the Suleiman-Stahl and Magaramkent Districts, five persons were killed, whom local power agents regard to be members of illegal armed formations (IAFs).
As reported by a source in law-enforcement structures, "the militants were liquidated in their large base located in a forest as a result of broad-scale special operation, conducted by the efforts of special troops of the FSB, MIA and Internal Army with use of helicopters."
According to power agents, the casualties were members of the armed grouping headed by Israpil Velidzhanov. Now, law enforcers try to identify the casualties, the ITAR-TASS reports.
