Several terror acts prevented in Ingushetia, state securities assert

As reported by state security agencies, the explosive devices found in hideouts near Surkhakhi village, Nazran District of Ingushetia, were intended for committing terror acts in the region.

On August 8, law enforcers of Ingushetia found two hideouts with weapons and ammunition in the Nazran District of the republic. Under preliminary data, they belonged to Mustafa Mutsolgov, a member of illegal armed formations, who was killed on July 24.

An RPG-26 grenade launcher, 7 Kalashnikovs, 2 122-mm artillery shells, 3 RGD-5 grenades, 10 grenade-launcher shots, 190 7.62-mm cartridges, 150 grams of plastic explosive and 10 detonators were withdrawn from the hideout, the "Interfax" reports.

According to the data at disposal of the state security bodies, the armed underground had intended to use the self-made explosives for committing terror acts in the territory of Ingushetia, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
