Tambiev: there is no claim to close "Ingushetia.Ru" in court

As reported by Khamid Tambiev, Chairman of the Magas Court, they have no statement of claim demanding to close the Internet edition "Ingushetia.Ru" (ingushetiyaru.org).

Earlier, Magomed Khazbiev, owner of the above Internet resource, stated that the Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia had addressed the Magas City Court asking to oblige the provider to stop access to the website "Ingushetia.Ru".

Khamid Tambiev says that if he had known about such claim he would have surely told about it to media.

The Prosecutor's Office of Ingushetia refused to comment the story with the Khazbiev's website. However earlier President Evkurov said in his conversation with the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that "if Khazbiev goes on placing extremist materials in his website, I'll take measures through special agencies and prosecutor's office."

In his turn, Khazbiev explained that he had received information about the future judicial proceeding from his reliable source in the administration of the president of the republic.
