Dokku Umarov takes responsibility for explosions in Moscow and promises new terror acts

Dokku Umarov, leader of North-Caucasian militants, said in his video appeal placed on YouTube that the terror acts in Moscow metro committed by suicide-bombers on March 29 were the answer to the special operation of power agents in Ingushetia, where on February 11 along with members of the armed underground four peaceful residents of Chechnya were killed.

The "Caucasian Knot" reported that on February 11, 2010, in Ingushetia, near the villages of Dattykh and Arshty, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced. According to power structures, a group of potential militants about 25 persons strong was detected in the area. On February 12, after active fights, 14 bodies were found in the venue of the special operation. Later it became clear that four casualties were peaceful residents of Chechnya who were gathering ramson (wild leek) in the area of the special operation.

These particular peaceful residents "who lived from gathering and selling ramson," according to Umarov, were revenged by the women-suicide-bombers in Moscow.

Umarov said that he perceived all accusations of terrorism "with a grin," since the Russian society failed to accuse the Russian authorities of murdering peaceful residents near Arshty.

The leader of Imarat Kavkaz, which is forbidden in the Russian Federation, named the terror acts "a greeting to the FSB" and emphasized that they were not the last ones. "War will come to your streets," promised the leader of North-Caucasian militants, who is also quoted by the web-resources, which are officially supporting the armed underground in Northern Caucasus.

It is remarkable that the video record of Umarov's appeal appeared in the Internet some time after another address made by unknown persons on Dokku Umarov's behalf. An off-screen voice stated Umarov's non-involvement in Moscow metro explosions and removed all responsibility for these terror acts from him.

The author of the record, which was quoted by the TV Channel "Caucasian One", accused the head of the Russian government Vladimir Putin of murders. The video showed destroyed houses, and the off-screen voice explained that they were destroyed by bombing, when peaceful residents of Chechnya had been inside. This data is presented with reference to the Internet diary of a Russian girl, who lived in Grozny.

The person who presented himself as Dokku Umarov said also that "no terrorists and no Chechens want to demonstrate force"; nobody wants terrorist war and needs such explosions.
