Major Dymovskiy wants to get restored at work

Militia Major Alexei Dymovskiy, who had placed in the Internet a video appeal with criticism of the work of the militia and was later accused of swindle, has lodged a claim to the Pervomaiskiy District Court of Krasnodar asking to restore him at work at the UVD (Department of Interior) of the city of Novorossisk.

"The ex-major demands to cancel the order on his dismissal, restore him at work and pay compensation for moral harm in the sum of 100,000 roubles." This was reported by Vadim Karastelyov, an expert of the Novorossisk Committee on Human Rights. In the opinion of the human rights activist, Dymovskiy's boss had no grounds to sack Alexei, because on that moment "there was no enacted court decision about the fact of slander."

A preliminary judicial hearing in the form of a talk was appointed on March 2, as the "Gazeta.Ru" Agency reports.
