Terror act in Istanbul committed by Diana Ramazova
The explosion at a police station in Istanbul was triggered by a citizen of Russia Diana Ramazova, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Turkey has reported. Two policemen were wounded; later one of them died; Ramazova also perished.

11th humanitarian convoy arrives in Donbas from Rostov Region

Ski area is cleared on Mount Elbrus slopes after heavy snowfall
The ski slope servicing workers of the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Resort Elbrus" have cleared the Elbrus ski area, which was closed because of a heavy snowfall.

Tenants of barrack destroyed by landslide in Sochi intend to seek inquiry into reasons of tragedy
As a result of a landslide in the Khosta District of Sochi, a barrack, which was inhabited by 20 persons, was damaged. All the tenants were evacuated. The tenants intend to seek for an independent examination of the reasons of the tragedy and receipt of appropriate compensations.

Defence of Anar Mamedli treats his transfer to colony outside Baku as biased
Anar Mamedli, the head of the Centre for Monitoring Elections and Democracy Training in Azerbaijan, has health problems in the colony, where he was transferred from the Baku SIZO (pre-trial prison) after the court rejected his appeal against the conviction, said Anar's father.
