    In Azerbaijan, 89 persons who attended weddings have been fined for violating the quarantine restrictions; 2700 more people were not let to the celebrations because of absent of COVID-19 passports, the Azeri Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has informed.

    The human rights defenders interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" have diverged in their opinions regarding the sentences passed to Armenian militaries: some treat them to be adequate to the imputed crimes, while others treat the sentences to Mkrtchyan and Khosrovyan as excessively lenient and compared them with those passed to Azerbaijani oppositionists.
