Victims of Beslan terror act complain about obstacles in obtaining medical care

ECtHR awards compensations to two residents of Southern Russia for non-providing medical care in colony
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has awarded 15,000 euros in compensation for the suffered material damage and moral harm, as well as for legal expenses, to Alim Khokonov from Kabardino-Balkaria and Khristofor Golovatov from Rostov-on-Don.
