Strasbourg Court calls on Azeri authorities to render treatment to former minister

European Court finds Russia guilty of four disappearances in Chechnya

In Chechnya, parents of young men kidnapped by power agents find bodies of their kids in morgue
On December 1, at 3 a.m., the house of the Ilaev family located in Pervomaiskaya village, Grozny District of Chechnya, was surrounded by employees of power agencies. Having rushed into the house, some of them dragged brothers Alvi and Adkhan out of their beds and pushed them into the cars, in which the agents arrived. The casualty of skirmish with militiamen in Makhachkala was a schoolboy
