In Karabulak, nine people from the temporary accommodation centre (TAC) "Promzhilbaza", who demand issuance of housing certificates to Chechen families living there, continue their hunger strike. One man stopped his action after a conflict with the police, said Aset Khadisova, a hunger-striker.

The case files on use of slave labour in the Stavropol Territory of 13 persons have been transferred from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) to the Investigating Division for the city of Georgievsk of the Territorial Investigating Department of the ICRF (Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation).

The Baku Court of Appeal (CoA) has dismissed the appeal complaint lodged by Zaur Gurbanly, a blogger and an activist of the "Nida" public movement, against the court ruling to extend his arrest by three months more. His advocate believes that investigators are deliberately protracting the transfer of the case to the court.
