Court releases cancer patient Pyotr Parpulov

Eleven residents of Reduktorny settlement detained at a protest against blackouts
On July 18, law enforcers brought to a police department eleven protesters from the Reduktorny settlement of Makhachkala, who protested against frequent blackouts. A protocol for petty hooliganism was drawn up against each detainee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

Political analysts treat Georgian authorities' situation on "deoligarchization" as hopeless

Rights defenders count losses among militaries of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh
In the first half of this year, as a result of violating the ceasefire regime, nine military servicemen of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh perished, while during the same period of 2021, there were only three casualties, human rights defenders have informed. Power experts promise to restore electricity supply to protesting Makhachkala residents
