Six Rosgvardia officers arrested in bribery case

Three security officials have been remanded in custody for two months, and three more for one month. Additionally, three Rosgvardia officers have been placed under house arrest.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on October 27, three Rosgvardia officers were remanded in custody until November 28:

Today, the Leninsky District Court of Vladikavkaz remanded three Rosgvardia officers in custody for two months, until December 27: A. Dzhikaiti, a member of the second riot police operational company, Z. Kantemirov, a junior riot police sniper instructor, and A. Gutiev, deputy commander of the second company of the non-departmental security department. This was reported by the publication Osnova, citing the joint press service of the republic's courts.

It should be noted that yesterday, October 28, three more Rosgvardia officers were remanded in custody by the same court until November 28. "A petition for a preventive measure was filed against the duty officer, a police riot police officer, and an operative of the operational department of the special rapid response unit "Nart" of the Directorate of the Federal Service of Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation for the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania," an Interfax source said, without naming the names of those remanded in custody.

At the same time, the Leninsky District Court of Vladikavkaz placed three Rosgvardia officers under house arrest for two months, until December 26: A. Aziev, an inspector of the Central Rapid Response Unit of the Rosgvardia Directorate for North Ossetia; M. Dzhanaev, the head of the Special Military Unit for the Pravoberezhny District; and I. Yakovlev, a police officer (a soldier) of the second operational company of the mobile special purpose unit "Irbis," the publication "Krylia TV" reported.

All the security officials were charged under the articles "Aiding in bribery" and "Dacha" bribes."

It should be noted that the head of the department, Valery Golota, and his deputy, are also in pretrial detention.
