Investigators detain 12 suspects of fighting in Minvody hospital and arrest 10 of them
In total, 12 persons were detained within the case about the fight in the hospital of the city of Mineralnye Vody (Minvody); 10 of them are under arrest. Investigators suspect a total of 18 people of involvement in the crime. According to Vladimir Vladimirov, the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, the crime became possible "because of a merge of the crime and power" in Minvody.

ECtHR obliges Russia to pay over one million euros to relatives of 18 missing Chechen residents
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has pronounced the decision in the case concerning 18 residents of Chechnya, who disappeared in 2000-2006. The ECtHR has found Russia guilty and obliged the country to pay to the complainants the compensation totalling to 1,080,000 euros.
