Today, the Moscow City Court interrogated two out of four defendants in the case of attempt to undermine the high-speed passenger train "Sapsan". Today, the court sentenced Ilyas Nalgiev, the former head of the criminal police of Karabulak, to eight years to be served in the high security colony in the case of torture, used against Zelimkhan Chitigov, a refugee from Chechnya. Nazir Guliev, the former staff member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ingushetia, who was also the figurant of the case, was acquitted by the court.
