Three natives of Ingushetia have been detained by policemen in Rostov-on-Don. Their relatives have learned that the detainees are suspected of intending to commit a terror act. In Dagestan, a criminal case was opened on the fact of death of a woman as a result of policemen's use of their firearms in pursuit of a car, the Investigating Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) has reported. In the opinion of Salikh Gadjiev, the Deputy Chairman of the Independent Trade Union of Interior Workers and Prosecutors of Dagestan, the policemen have wrongfully used their firearms.
