In Krasnodar Territory, court to consider tenants' eviction out of Tuapse hostel

The Tuapse City Court will consider the claim on recognizing the hostel located at 25 Zvezdnaya Street to be an apartment house. Earlier, the Tuapse Court had refused to accept the claim to consideration, however, the Krasnodar Territorial Court later cancelled the ruling and obliged their Tuapse colleagues to accept and consider the claim.

Azerbaijani Court rejects journalist Agil Halil's claim

On July 17, the Nasiminskiy District Court of Baku under presidency of Judge Ikram Shirinov considered and rejected the claim lodged by Agil Halil, an employee of the "Azadlyg" newspaper, on illegality of termination of the criminal case initiated on the fact of his beating on February 22 this year committed in the Olive Grove.

Journalists' community of Azerbaijan disappointed with results of Halil's trial
