In Makhachkala, relatives of Rustam Yakhyaev, who was taken away to some unknown destination by armed people, are going for the picket in the central square of the capital of Dagestan. According to the relatives of the kidnapped, Yakhyaev is kept in the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and he is accused of murder of Murtazaliev, Deputy Chief of the Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN).
