HRC asks for thorough investigation into incidents at "Ashuluk" in Astrakhan Region

Internet users talk about possible national motive of killing Dagestani woman in Moscow
The Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) has announced a start of inquiry into the murder in Moscow of two women, one of whom is a citizen of Kazakhstan.
