Two women injured by explosion in a Krasnodar cafe
A gas explosion happened in the cafe named "Obzhorka", located at intersection of Mira and Kommunarov Streets in Krasnodar. Two women were hospitalized with burns; the building was damaged.

Two militiamen from Chechnya blown up by a mine in a forest in Dagestan

Deceived housing shareholders in Rostov Region declare their intention to fight for their flats
According to regional authorities, today in the Rostov Region more than 80 percent of high-rise buildings under construction are funded by shareholders. In some cases, they fall into the category of deceived shareholders and start fighting for rights to own apartments. Explosion of ammunition kills two persons in Volgograd Region

Kamalov: in Dagestan, Cossacks are cultural phenomenon
In Dagestan, Cossacks have ever been, above all, a binding link between all nationalities; it was stated by Zirkula Ilyasov, First Deputy Minister for National Policy, Religion Matters and Foreign Relations of Dagestan. Armenians are concerned of gender inequality in governing bodies, poll results say
Eighty-one percent of Armenians are convinced that the country has a problem of inequality of men and women in their representation in power bodies. Of them, 38 percent of respondents believe the problem is very acute, and only 15 percent believe that the quantitative inequality is not a problem. The study was conducted within the framework of the Programme "Women's capacity building in peace construction in Southern Caucasus".

Residents of Chechnya report that power agents beat two men for tinted car glasses
On November 14, in the car market located in the outskirts of Urus-Martan, a district capital, local militiamen opened fire and beat two young men, who later were detained and taken away to some unknown place. This was reported by local residents, who added that tinted car glasses were the reason of the incident. Power agents refrain from comments.

Resident of Nevinnomyssk states disappearance of her 12-year-old daughter in Makhachkala
