According to Karen Nersisyan, Dmitry Pavlyuchenkov needs urgent medical treatment at a specialized hospital. "Recently, I visited him at the SIZO. Under other circumstances, I would not recognize Dmitry. He is literally 'a living dead'," said the lawyer.
