HRC "Memorial": Dagestani resident claims being beaten at police station
Rizvan Khasbulatov, a resident of Makhachkala, has claimed that he was beaten at the police station after being detained at an Islamic cafe on October 14. In Azerbaijan, users of the Facebook have appointed an action for December 28 in connection with the attempted self-immolation of Zaur Gasanov, a Category II invalid and veteran of the Karabakh War. The action under the slogan "Stop burning down veterans!" is planned in Fountain Square in downtown of Baku. Gasanov is in critical condition, doctors say.

Karabakh War invalid made self-immolation in central Baku to protest against confiscation of his cafe
