ICRF has not received rights defenders' letter about investigation into Akhmednabiyev's murder
On November 2, a number of international human rights organizations sent a letter to Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), asking to transfer the investigation of the murder of Akhmednabi Akhmednabiyev, a "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, to the Chief Investigating Department of the ICRF. One of four policemen wounded by explosion in KBR is in grave condition

In Nakhichevan, PFPA activists report disappearance of one of them
In the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic (NAR), Yashar Bagirsoy, the head of the regional branch of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), reports about disappearance of Khidjran Gasymov, a local activist of the opposition organization.
