In Armenia, death toll from H1N1 infection reaches 10 persons
In Armenia, the death toll of swine influenza has reached ten persons. At present, 81 patients stay at the resuscitation ward.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about the tenth victim by the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Health. A 41-year-old man sought medical treatment a week after infection with H1N1.
"He was hospitalized in serious condition. During ten days, he had been under the supervision of specialists. However, all the doctors' efforts did not succeed," noted the source.
Meanwhile, the Armenian Ministry of Health denies the epidemic of swine influenza.
