New bill on tapping brought into the Parliament of Georgia
The Georgian Parliament is considering amendments to the Law "On Electronic Communications", prepared by the "Georgian Dream" Party faction. The new wording assumes to use the model of "two keys", that is, to provide access to citizens' personal data in parallel to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and data protection inspectors.

Dagestan: Ibragim Magomedov quits hunger strike in Karaman
On November 18, Ibragim Magomedov, 55, one of the hunger-strikers in Karaman, decided to stop his protest action. He was replaced by Kamalutdin Badrutdinov, a resident of the village of Tarki. The health status of other hunger-strikers is normal, said Gamzat Khangishiev, a co-chairman of the Presidium of the Russian Congress of Caucasian Nations.

Krasnodar court extends Polyudova's arrest
