In Kizlyar, man opens fire on three persons and kills one of them

The Baku Court of Appeal (BCA) has dismissed the appeal lodged by the Azerbaijani journalist Rauf Mirkadirov against the denial to meet a notary. The journalist wanted to notarize a power of attorney granted to a foreign lawyer to represent his interests in Turkey.
