Person killed in Kizilyurt District of Dagestan identified as Gamzat Saigidov
Gamzat Saigidov, killed in a shootout with power agents on the Kizilyurt-Makhachkala highway, had been on the wanted list, said the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD). Azerbaijan states killing Armenian soldiers at border

Eyewitnesses report on kidnapping in Grozny
