A 24-year-old resident of Achkhoy-Martan district of Chechnya was kidnapped last night not far from "Caucasus" federal highway. This news has been reported by the kidnapped young man's relatives who are still unable to find out where he is.

In the coming days, the employees of the State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) "Spetsstroy of the Ministry of Construction of the Chechen Republic" will receive their salary debts. This was stated by Director General Bibeisar Yusupov. Local officials assert that the debts were left by the "Spetsstroy of Russia", which was engaged in restoration works in the republic before 2007.
