Shamsail Saraliev, a State Duma MP from Chechnya, has sent an appeal to Elvira Nabiullina, the chief of the Russian Central Bank, with complaints about discrimination against residents of the Southern Federal District (SFD) and the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) by Russian banks. The Shamsail Saraliev's appeal was supported by deputies of the State Duma from other Russian regions.

The Dagestani Prosecutor's Office has initiated an inspection of social networks in connection with the conflict in the village of Leninaul. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by an official from the Prosecutor's Office. "At present, there are no materials available, since the inspection began recently," said the official.

Lom-Ali Elbiev, a former director of the Grozny Municipal Unitary Enterprise told rights defenders that he was tortured after being accused of embezzling budget funds. Aminat Akueva, a resident of Chechnya, who left for Syria several years ago and was put on the international wanted list, was detained by Interpol. She stays in Berlin, and the Chechen law enforcement agencies expect her to be extradited. This was reported by the law enforcement agencies of the Chechen Republic. Relatives of the detained woman deny her involvement in militants' ranks.
