Journalist Einulla Fatullayev who is serving his term of imprisonment in Azerbaijan and Elchin Sadygov, his attorney, have submitted to Nasim district court of Baku a lawsuit against Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan. The lawsuit is connected with keeping the journalist in prison in spite of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights of his immediate release.
