Court at Kadyrov vs. Orlov trial studies written evidences of prosecution
Today in Moscow, the litigation continued on the criminal case under suit of Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov against Oleg Orlov, head of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial". At the request of the prosecutor's office, the judicial investigation has passed over to studying written evidences presented by the prosecution.
Prosecutor Popova announced the list of documents attached to the case files: decision on recognition of Kadyrov as a victim; protocol on examining the computer, keyboard and mouse in the office of the "Memorial"; statutory documents of the "Memorial"; a photocopy of Oleg Orlov's passport and others.
Genry Reznik, Oleg Orlov's advocate, said that the list of evidences contains evidences of Mr Kadyrov, who, as the victim, is subject to summoning to the court.
