Abkhazia invites Georgia to sign agreements on cooperation in detention and extradition of criminals
The 29th meeting of within the framework of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism with the participation of representatives of Abkhazia, Georgia, Russia, the EU and the UN was held in the city of Gali. The report's authors the appeal to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to take personal control over the due process of law in the investigation into the Natalia's Estemirova murder.

A protest of mothers of soldiers who perished as a result of hazing in the army was held near the building of the Government of Armenia. Mothers and close relatives of the soldiers lost in the Armenian army expressed their resentment over the fact that so far there is no tangible progress in none of the cases of non-combat military personnel casualties or deaths as a result of hazing in the army.
