Gadjimurad Saidov, an investigator of the Botlikh Inter-District Investigatory Committee, protracts the criminal investigation into the death of the 16-year-old Imadibir Makhiev, who was shot at by Zaur Djalilov, a policeman of the Akhvakh ROVD (District Interior Division), said Denga Makhiev, the casualty's uncle. The investigator referred to overload with work, but promised to investigate the case in full.

Bloggers of Northern Caucasus suggest working out a Charter of a responsible blogger whose participants would take the responsibility to abstain from offence on ethnic, religious of race grounds. This motion was advanced at a meeting of the bloggers of Northern and Southern Caucasus.
