In Dagestan, Igor Mutsenik, a 35-year-old Senior Lieutenant of the Krasnoyarsk Police, was killed as a result of the bombing of a motor convoy in the area of the "Uytash" Airport. Evgeny Guva, Lieutenant Colonel of Internal Troops, and Master Sergeant Sergey Popov were injured. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

The "Legal Initiative" has filed to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) a complaint from Inal Berov, a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria. He complains being tortured during his detention by law enforcers in March 2012. According to Inal Berov's father, although four years have already passed since those events, the health state of his son is far from good.
