Ramazan Rashidov and Shamil Ramazanov, who disappeared on June 16 and 17, were kidnapped by men in uniform. This was reported by relatives of the disappeared men. The investigation of the case against Zaur Dadaev, Shagid Gubashev, Anzor Gubashev, Temerlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev, accused of killing Boris Nemtsov, is over. They are accused of committing the murder for hire in an organized grouping, and of illegal acquisition, carrying, transportation and storage of firearms (points "g and h", Part 2, Article 105, and Part 3, Article 222, of the Russian Criminal Code). The maximum penalty under these articles is life imprisonment.

In the car, belonging to Moscow advocate Ilyas Alaev, a native of Chechnya, returned by law enforcers after the inspection, a large amount of money, which he carried with him, was missing; however, there was a medicine forbidden for free commercial sale. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by relatives of Ilyas Alaev. According to them, shortly before his death, the advocate was at the police station.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 30, the Toponymy Commission of Saint Petersburg voiced an initiative to name an unnamed bridge over the Dudergof Channel after Akhmat Kadyrov. On June 16, it was officially announced that Georgy Poltavchenko, Governor of Saint Petersburg, signed a decree on naming of the bridge.
