Eyewitness tells details of Ramazan Rashidov’s kidnapping

People in masks, who kidnapped Ramazan Rashidov, a resident of Kaspiysk, moved in three cars, there were about ten of them, an eyewitness of the incident, who responded to relatives’ appeal for help, told the "Caucasian Knot".

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 16 and 17, 2016, Ramazan Rashidov and his relative Shamil Ramazanov, residents of Kaspiysk, disappeared under unclear circumstances. At 2:30 p.m. of June 16, Shamil Ramazanov, born in 1990, left the store and "said that he would go to the marketplace, and then stopped to answer his mobile phone." At 9:15 a.m. of June 17, Ramazan Rashidov left Kaspiysk in his black BMW car for Makhachkala to reach his job place at the "Bosch" electric tools shop. Meanwhile, he never arrived to his work.

The search for eyewitnesses of the kidnapping of Ramazanov and Rashidov continues, a relative of Rashidov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The above eyewitness, who left his data to relatives, agreed, on condition of anonymity, to tell the details of the kidnapping to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

"Around 9 a.m. I was driving on the Kaspiysk-Makhachkala highway. I was overtaken by an old BMW; and I followed it. A few kilometres from Makhachkala, the BMW was blocked by three cars. About ten people in masks went out of them and dragged the driver out of the BMW, put him into a jeep and drove away," said the eyewitness.

According to his story, it all took 3-4 minutes, during which a jam of several cars was formed on the road.

"I didn’t video the incident, but I think other drivers or their passengers could take pictures by their mobile phones, or maybe someone had a car recorder," said the eyewitness.
