On September 2, the Yaroslavl Regional Court will make the decision on extradition to Azerbaijan of Ibragim Musaev, a staff member of the Ministry of National Security (MNS) of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR). Ibragim Musaev, who states that the Nakhichevan's authorities are engaged in supplying arms to Kurdish terrorists in Turkey, is accused of fraud committed in Azerbaijan.

The Prosecutor of the Republic of Dagestan has instructed to check the facts stated in an open letter of Moscow human rights defenders on the situation in the village of Khadjalmakhi of the Levashin District of Dagestan.
