Azerbaijani GPO sends cases of 26 Armenian militaries to court
A preliminary inquiry is over in relation to 26 figurants of the criminal case against Azerbaijani militaries and civilians, the Azerbaijani General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) reported on June 10 in a joint statement with the State Security Service (SSS) of Azerbaijan.

Journalist claims being beaten for investigation about “Akhmat” fight club
Medical officers diagnosed journalist Andrei Afanasiev with a broken nose. He was beaten in the Amur Region after launching an investigation with regard to managers of the local branch of the “Akhmat” fight club. Ingush activist Ali Khamkhoev sentenced to nine months of imprisonment in a penal colony
The Zheleznovodsk City Court found Ali Khamkhoev, a participant in a rally in Magas, guilty of using violence against a fighter of the National Guard of Russia. However, taking into account the time spent by the defendant in a SIZO (pre-trial prison), the Court released the activist from custody. Ali Khamkhoev became the 37th activist sentenced to imprisonment for participation in the protests in Ingushetia, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) “Memorial”* reported.

Elchin Mamed's mother claims deterioration of his health in colony

Ombudsman criticizes Pashinyan for speculation on POW topic
Acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan instructed the authorities to send an official proposal to Azerbaijan to exchange prisoners of war (POWs) for his son, Nikol Pashinyan himself has announced today.
