Azerbaijan exchanges 15 Armenian militaries for minefield maps in Agdam

Law enforcers hand Taramova over to her family by deceit
Khalimat Taramova, a resident of Chechnya, refused to leave the apartment for victims of domestic violence in Makhachkala with her father; and then she and her girl friend were persuaded to get into a car, promising to take them to a safe place. ECtHR awards compensation to Nagavkin for violation of his right to freedom
