ECtHR refuses to consider Saakashvili's complaint

Baku police disrupt Shakhbaz Guliev's protest action
On April 1, Shakhbaz Guliev, who spent six years in prison in Nagorno-Karabakh, intended to hold a protest action outside the Azerbaijani presidential administration.
