Ismailov: delegate of future Kumyk Parliament killed in Dagestan
Tamerlan Akaev, a villager of Mutsalaul, Khasavyurt District of Dagestan, a 28-year-old supporter of Salafism, who had been elected a delegate to the future Kumyk Parliament, was shot dead in his car. Regional MP Magomed Magomedov detained in Dagestan
