The labour collective of the Volzhsky Municipal Unitary Enterprise (VMUE) "Gorelectrotrans" (in charge of electric public transport) have addressed their open letter to the Governor of the Volgograd Region Sergey Bozhenov, saying about the poor status of the enterprise and mass layouts.
