Delegation of European Parliament consider problems of indigenous peoples of Dagestan in Azerbaijan

The examination mission of the European Parliament and the UN is visiting Dagestan. At the press conference in Makhachkala, participants of the mission have reported that in their trip to the Caucasus, they will also visit Azerbaijan, where they will examine observation of rights of indigenous peoples of Dagestan.

Residents of North Ossetia prepare for mourning ceremonies on ninth anniversary of terror act in Beslan

North Ossetia prepares to conduct mourning ceremonies on the ninth anniversary of the terror act in Beslan. The mourning ceremony will begin on September 1 at 9:00 a.m. in Beslan in the yard of the ruined school. Father of Chechen native murdered in Moscow asks investigators to recognize him as victim

An advocate of one of the relatives of natives of Northern Caucasus killed in Moscow appealed to the investigating authorities to recognize Umar Merzhoev, the father of Ramzan Merzhoev, as a victim in the case. Till present, the investigation has not commented on the investigation into the crime.

In Azerbaijan, arrest of four "Nida" activists extended
