Sochi woman suffers in collapse of ceiling of dilapidated house
Anna Tkachova, a resident of Sochi, said that she received traumas, when the ceiling of her flat collapsed. The flat is in the house in Vorovsky Street, which has been recognized as unfit for residence. The court had obliged the city Mayoralty to provide Tkachova and her minor daughter with a comfortable housing, but the Mayoralty has filed an appeal.

HRC "Memorial": Chechen police detain at least 100 after dam explosion
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that at night on February 24, an explosion occurred on the dam in the settlement of Chernorechie in Grozny, which killed three people. Ingush MPH finds no confirmation of ban on hijabs in medical college
The Security Council of Ingushetia is checking, jointly with the Ministry of Public Health (MPH), the information that teachers of the medical college in Nazran prohibit female students to wear hijabs. About 10,000 citizens apply to migration service for official status in Volgograd Region
The total number of citizens of Ukraine staying now in the Volgograd Region is not more than 20,000; of them about a half has have applied for legal status in the territory Russia. Residents of Dagestani village of Shushiya suspended their hunger strike
Six women-villagers of Shushiya, Novolak District of Dagestan, have suspended their hunger strike, which was launched with a demand to allocate land plots to them. They agreed to define their further actions after a new decision of the Kumtorkalin Court on the lawsuit of the village administration, asking to cancel the registration of the lease contract on the disputed land plots.
