Organizers praise ConIFA Championship in NKR as one of the best
The European ConIFA (Confederation in Independent Football Associations) Championship is over in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR). The tournament has become one of the best; and one day the NKR will welcome the World Games, Per-Anders Blind, the ConIFA President, has stated. Fuad Abbasov goes on hunger strike
The Azerbaijani journalist, Fuad Abbasov, who was found by the Russian court to be an infringer of the migration legislation, has been placed, instead of being deported, into a temporary detention centre for foreigners located near Moscow. Abbasov has treated it as unjustified deprivation of freedom and went on a hunger strike.

Witness in Timur Tumgoev's case denies his testimony
Only one of the four witnesses has confirmed his earlier testimony against Timur Tumgoev, a native of North Ossetia, accused of links with Syrian militants. One of the witnesses said that he had slandered Tumgoev under pressure, fearing for his own life.

Prosecutor demands 6.5 years in jail for Azerbaijani journalist
