After April 2011, Chechen leader will be named "Head of the Republic"
According to Dukvakha Abdurakhmanov, speaker of Chechen parliament, the post of the president of Chechnya will be officially renamed only next April, after expiry of Ramzan Kadyrov's term.

Father of assassinated oppositionist Aushev says he knows killers' names
Magomed-Hadji Aushev, 80, father of Maksharip Aushev, an Ingush oppositionist and human rights activist, who was killed in autumn of 2009, asserts that he knows the assassins.
